We developed this app to conveniently record our running activities without the need for a separate device or GPS. You can easily enter details about your runs, view trends and graphs, receive reminders, and stay motivated.

To log a run, simply double-tap or long-touch any calendar day and fill in the following information:

Distance (in km/mi)
Duration
Effort level
Type of run (such as cross country, intervals, race, etc. - choose from 15 options)
Route name
Group runs
Rest days
Freeform notes
